WORK for rad
RAD Assistance Dogs is a UK-based charity that supports clients living with a long-term mental health condition and/or autism to train and handle their own assistance dog.
Having empowered a range of clients with our specialised training over the past ten years, RAD is also now a candidate organisation of Assistance Dogs International (ADI) and we are currently going through their accreditation process.
Whilst we are primarily run by volunteers, we do occasionally have paid positions available in the team, and these will be listed below.
Current vacancies
Dog Trainer (part-time)
As part of our small but dedicated Dog Training team, you would play a key role in the delivery and ongoing development of our assistance dog training programme.
- 7 hours per week
- £12.10 - £14.10 per hour dependent on experience
- Based in Leicester and the surrounding areas, with some UK-wide travel
- Reporting to the Chair of Trustees
